The Client This client specialises in Groundworks, RC frame, Basements, Temporary works, substructures and all associated works such as underpinning, waterproofing etc. They work on schemes up to the value of £10m and have a current turnover of close to £30m.
The Role This client is seeking a Site Engineer or an Assistant PM that is keen to progress their career. The package primarily consists of grouting base plates of both structural and process steel, with elements of minor civils works throughout the project. The Project Manager will offer support and guidance when required. Your duties will include;
Reporting to management with progress updates
Attending coordination meetings
Coordination with the clients management team
Quality Assurance documentation
Daily briefings
Health and safety
Material procurement
Operational management
The Requirements
Civils/ Groundworks and RC background – minimum 1 year
