With previous recruitment experience, Louise understands the importance or client and candidate relationships, helping understand your needs as you take on a new position or employee. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Louise worked in Marketing in both the financial and Robotics and AI industries.
Recruitment Consultant - Health & Safety
Chloe is currently managing the Health & Safety function of the business recruiting across multiple roles in Ireland. Bringing previous recruitment experience to OCS, Chloe understands the importance of developing relationships with both clients & candidates and finding the right fit for both. Holding a Master’s Degree in Work & Organisational Behaviour and a BSc in Sociology & Psychology, Chloe knows the importance of finding the right job/candidate fit.
