Sales & Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client in South Dublin in the Hospitality Sector.

Sales Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve organizational sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Marketing Management:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market analysis and identify target audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make adjustments as needed.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as F&B Department and Front Office, to ensure a unified approach to sales and marketing.
Work closely with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
