We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client based in Limerick. This would be for a Family Run 4* Hotel
Reporting to the General Manager Role Overview:
Managing all social media platforms for the hotel
Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote events & weddings
Creating effective marketing strategies to drive revenue for rooms, meetings & events
Increasing organic website traffic
Monitoring website engagement.
To have a thorough knowledge of the hotel and all the products on offer and to actively work with the management team at all times to improve those products.
Overseeing and ensuring the success of PR, advertising and promotional activities.
Supervising marketing projects
Overseeing social media advertising and ezines
Meeting, liaising and visiting local corporates
Organising and facilitating show arounds
Ensuring the website always honors the lowest rate guaranteed.
What we are looking for
Prior experience in sales and marketing role preferably within the hospitality sector or agency driven environment
Experience in creating engaging content using software's such as Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent
Great knowledge of hotel operations
4+ years experience in a Marketing management position
