We are hiring a Sales Manager for our client in Offaly
This position is offered on a full time basis.
Must have Hotel Sales experience.
The Role: This position is primarily 9am to 5pm and involves working up to 5 shifts per week (any 5 days over 7). It is important that applicants are available to also work later shifts during the week, at weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills are required and in-depth knowledge of the internal operations of a hotel is an advantage.
- Manage social media campaigns for hotel and promote sales of all departments as necessary
- Manage Sales & Advertising for hotel based on annual budget and targets
- Professional and friendly approach and be focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the Sales & Events department.
- Meet annual Wedding & Events targets
- Responding to all enquiries, scheduling viewing appointments & tracking enquiries
- Assisting with room reservations for weddings
- Monitoring all details on function sheets are accurate
- To be pro-active and use your initiative in generating sales
- Must be available to work weekends when required
