The Role Due to continued growth and expansion plans, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Cork office, based in Fermoy. You will be working on a hot construction desk with a real opportunity to hit the ground running.
- You’ll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets.
- You will nurture existing relationships as well as developing new ones.
- Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole.
The role will suit someone with a professional personality, strong communication skills, hard-working, motivated and personable.
You will receive on the job mentoring from senior management and will be given all the tools necessary to allow you to become an expert in your field and to become an invaluable member of our close-nit team.
The Requirements - Ideally Degree-Qualified (not essential)
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry
- The ideal candidate will have a hunger and desire to succeed
- Excellent communications skills
