The Role
You will manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
This role involves preparing budgets, conducting cost analysis, and evaluating tender submissions, as well as negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
You will collaborates with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide financial oversight, resolve cost-related issues, and identify value engineering opportunities.
You monitor project finances, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. With strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines, you will play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects while further developing their expertise.
The Requirements
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within commercial/residential projects
