Quantity Surveyor – London The Company - This company are a leading and highly respected RC Frame/Groundworks specialist civils subcontractor.
- They have worked on some major projects across the London skyline and have a current turnover of £160m and take on schemes up to £50m.
The Role This is a site based commercial role where you will be;
- Procuring and managing trade packages.
- Providing weekly commercial reports and updates.
- Conducting cash flow forecasting.
- Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts.
- Attending weekly design and progress meetings
- Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes when necessary.
The Requirements - You must have a commercial degree – Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
- At least 5 years RC Frame experience
- Strong communication skills and highly motivated to continually develop career
