Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Office/Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and control across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring that all projects meet or exceed industry and company quality standards. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulations and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to align with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements for all projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to project staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality control documentation and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards..
