The Role
A Project Manager role on a residential schemes across the Oxfordshire region.
You will take the operational lead on the day to day operations, liaise daily with the client and ensure the project is remains on program and budget.
You will report into a visiting Contracts Manager
The Requirements
You must have experience of managing large scale residential schemes
You can either come from a trades or engineering background
Work ethic is a key compent for this client and you must have strong communication skills
