Our client is an independent firm of health and safety consultants, offering a broad range of health and safety services across all sectors. They were established in 2003 and have been growing steadily every year.
The Role Responsibilities: - Ability to work as part of a team, including both immediate and wider teams within the company.
- Provide meaningful support to customers through quality engagement and service.
- Attention to detail and focus on daily tasks.
- Manage day-to-day activities independently and proactively.
- Open to further learning and professional development.
Core Competencies: - Relevant third-level qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification Construction experience in a similar position (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting site inspections and audits.
- Strong IT experience, particularly with all MS products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc…) for report generation and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full driving license is essential.
Essential Competencies: - Compile and review statutory Construction Health and Safety documents: Safety Statements, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, H&S Plans.
- Conduct site safety audits and prepare reports.
- Perform H&S placements as needed.
- Ensure contractor compliance with Construction Regulations 2013.
- Coordinate PSCS activities.
- Complete non-construction safety audits (educational, property, manufacturing) and reports.
- Advise clients, employees, and contractors.
- Prepare high-standard documentation.
- Work independently; manage workload and prioritise tasks.
- Meet deadlines.
Qualifications / Experience: - Relevant third-level Construction / Health & Safety qualification.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Full driving license.
