DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
Our client is a high profile entertainment company for performance art, outstanding architecture, and a commitment to excellence in live entertainment. They are currently seeking a dynamic Digital & Social Media Account Manager to join their award-winning PR & Marketing team.
 
The Social Media & Digital Account Manager's responsibility is to aid the PR & Marketing Department by executing campaigns that align with the broader PR & Marketing goals.
 
They seek a self-driven, energetic candidate with a strong passion and talent for social media, digital marketing, copywriting, and content creation.
 
Responsible for overseeing various social media channels, they need a candidate capable of delivering outcomes, managing, and growing our social media presence, and significantly increasing audience engagement.
 
 
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Create exciting, dynamic, and thoughtful digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media for a variety of titles across a calendar year in line with overall PR & Marketing objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day posting, editing, and optimisation of content across various social media platforms. that supports the delivery of key internal and external messages.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan content packaging and brainstorm future content strategies.
  • Regularly report on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Present social insights to internal stakeholders, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and share compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analyse trends and report to on how to capitalise on them.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Manage and implement online social media advertising campaigns for a variety of productions.
  • Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns for a variety of productions.
  • Execute the creation and delivery of a wide range of written content for use across multiple internal and external channels, including weekly email marketing communications.
  • Manage website maintenance to drive enhanced user experience.
  • Leverage social media channels to grow followers and engagement.
  • Create and execute engaging online content around specific key events across the calendar such as opening nights and media days with talent.
  • Seek out opportunities for digital expansion to bolster the brand and productions profile online.
  • Stay on top of trends across different social media platforms.
 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ideally 2 - 4 years’ experience in a digital communications role.
  • Excellent written English skills with an ability to write informative, accurate and creative copy.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimising content across various social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Entertainment Industry and marketing experience an advantage.
  • Ability and Desire to work as part of a team.
  • A passion for PR and Marketing and the Arts/Entertainment industry.
  • Relevant Third Level Qualification or Equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Canva.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
