BIM Manager role
  • Co-ordinating MEP model with incoming Architects and Structural models
  • Working alongside Design team to ensure coordination is complete to a high standard
  • Meeting with Architects, M&E consultants and M&E Contractors for model reviews and clash detection exercises
  • Exporting 3D model for use in Navis and IFC format
  • Working on general arrangement drawings & detailed designs using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Updating the final model to as built for the O&M file.
