Don has worked in the UK construction market since 2014, initially within temporary Health & Safety recruitment but his main knowledge is within the specialist civils subcontract sector – RC Frame, Groundworks, Demolition and Piling covering all professional disciplines. His academic background includes a marketing degree along with a master’s in human resource management. He oversees the day-to-day functions within OCS Recruitment along with future planning for further growth across multiple regions and markets.

Louise is currently managing the Marketing, Sales and HR function within the business recruiting across multiple disciplines in Ireland. With previous recruitment experience, Louise understands the importance or client and candidate relationships, helping understand your needs as you take on a new position or employee. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Louise worked in Marketing in both the financial and Robotics and AI industries.
Recruitment Consultant - Health & Safety
Chloe is currently managing the Health & Safety function of the business recruiting across multiple roles in Ireland. Bringing previous recruitment experience to OCS, Chloe understands the importance of developing relationships with both clients & candidates and finding the right fit for both. Holding a Master’s Degree in Work & Organisational Behaviour and a BSc in Sociology & Psychology, Chloe knows the importance of finding the right job/candidate fit.
